Description:After upgrade form 1.6.0.9 to 1.6.1.1
playback and background applications have problem with audio files.
They don't produce expected sound. Wheter i call through my isp which forwards calls to my pbx (IAX trunk) or localy with Zoiper client the output of these applications is similar to this http://www.2shared.com/file/6161056/208c1a0d/124437875418.html.

PlayTones works well. Voice when the call is set up between peers is also ok.

This is a duplicate of a bug I had reported as well in regards to the audio. Please track the issue there. Thanks! (issue 15257)

Actually, since this looks just slightly different from my issue, I'm going to reopen it and mark it as related. However, I'm pretty sure the underlying issue will end up being the same.

Russell had fixed some choppy sound issues post 1.6.1.0 (which 1.6.1.1 is, but with only 1 minor fix in chan_iax2, not related to this). Please use the 1.6.1 SVN check out and retest -- I have a feeling your issue will go away.

I'm going to close this issue out, but please reopen should you find that to not be the case.

Ok with Asterisk SVN-branch-1.6.1-r199300 audio works :)

tar version 1.6.1.1 doesn't

Right, as mentioned, 1.6.1.1 was just a security release, and thus the next version to get this will be 1.6.1.2 (pending no security releases prior to then).
