Description:Hi,

We faced issue that Asterisk gets unresponsive and shows maximum channels used, even call volume is low.

It happens some time,Please help to find out the reason for this.

Can you please elaborate the problem? some console output and debug logs would be nice, and of course a better description.

HI, actually, I am not able to provide debug log, currently,  actually what is happening,I am running asterisk on limit of 200 calls, but some times what happens that when I see traffic is approx 40-5- calls, but asterisk cli shows maximum channels exceed and asterisk denies any new calls and I have to restart asterisk to get new calls :'(

Okay so it sounds like you have channels that are not being properly torn down. What sort of technology are you using? SIP? If so a "sip show channels" would be useful, as long as details on what exactly you are doing in the dialplan.

I am using SIP, and using correct command "SIP show channels", but its strange I have limit of 200 calls, but it gets unresponsive when traffic is only 50 calls and so? I couldnt get what can be reason behind it, I am using queues in my dialplan, this and approx 10 queues I am using!! So what can be reason! I am in problem, to manage the same

We need to see actual console output and stuff. Just telling us this stuff is *not* useful or productive. Please attach whatever you can. Additionally - what do you mean by unresponsive? you can't type commands at the CLI?

Unresponsive means , it is rejecting all calls after this message, I will put all log here but What I want to know what can be issue, every time, I have to restart the asterisk to receive new calls.

We won't know what the issue is until we get the logs and actually examine/try to figure things out.

Based on the backtrace provided it looks like you are using Asterisk BE C.1, not 1.4.24. Please submit a case at http://www.digium.com/en/supportcenter/ to receive support for that product.

OK, but I would like you to see this matter, if possible then provide us solution and we can do some reward for you on this solution and for your information we have raised the same issue in support center already and they are not able to resolve the same and they raised their hand, that's why I came to community to find some help to get rid of the issue. Please I hope you will provide me support.

The open source issue tracker is not the correct place for help with business edition, you need to continue with Digium support. I can not help you here.
