I have TDM 4 module card connected to Asterisk system. It dected the card and successfully configured.  But when i connect PSTN line to the module it shows offhook for the first time after that i rebooted system. Now it shows hook status as onhook still the line is connected and unable to make outgoing calls automatically.

Please help me ASAP.

I'll byte. What is the point of printing:

"Hookstate (FXS only): %s\n", ps.rxisoffhook ? "Offhook" : "Onhook"

(in dahdi_show_channel() )

If this item is only useful for FXS, show it only for FXS? And is it an FXS device or FXS signalling?

I dnt have dahdi_show_channel() in chan_zap.c

I using chan_zap.c code not dahdi channel.

I used zaptel-1.4.10 and Asterisk version 1.4.20.1

I'm going to suggest you try using DAHDI, and if you still have an issue, to open a new bug against chan_dahdi. I would also suggest you try using the asterisk-users mailing list for support, or perhaps Digium technical support as this may be a support issue. It is unlikely this issue will get tackled on this tracker for quite some time.
