|Description:||The ENUM function does not return the error from DNS properly. It is useful to differentiate between failed query (e.g. non-existent domain) vs. no data records. This is required to make overlapped dialing work.|

Adjusted this patch to apply to ENUMLOOKUP count option as well, cleaned it up somewhat, added more documentation (some still needed for upgrade.txt)
