Description: | Hi, I have compiled various versions of Dahdi Linux and asterisk (1.4 and 1.6), and even Digium support has compiled the latest Dahdi-SVN & Asterisk-1.4-svn, to no avail. Dmesg shows happily the drivers loaded and the transcoder also ready, however asterisk does not seem to agree. By the way, asterisk does NOT report that /dev/dahdi/transcoder cannot be opened, so there is no error there. I can only conclude this is a bug... That being said, I do not see where the transcoder is loaded in the dmesg output above. Are you sure the wctc4xxp driver is loaded? I am hoping this way I get faster results, which will also benefit all other TC400B users. This fixes a bug where it was possible for there to be a transcoder in position "1" but not in position "0" if a transcoder hardware driver was loaded, unloaded, and reloaded again without also reloading dahdi_transcode. The result is that codec_dahdi fails to enumerate all the transcoders in the system.
