Description: | This is an old bug/request (see ASTERISK-10452) but other parking features not available in 1.4 were merged recently from 1.6 (see ASTERISK-13396), so why not enable the parking also to queues? | ||
Comments: | By: Mark Michelson (mmichelson) 2009-02-07 14:02:19.000-0600 In general we do not add new features to feature-frozen branches. In the case of issue ASTERISK-13396, it was a rare case where the issue reported was determined to actually be a bug, and the only way to both fix it and not cause adverse behavior changes for longtime users of Asterisk 1.4 was to add new options to features.conf as well as a new dialplan function. The fact that one-touch parking is not available for queues is not a bug, but a feature that was not made available in Asterisk 1.4. It is in Asterisk trunk as well as the 1.6.X branches. |
