Description: | If you add interfaces like SIP/XXXX to a queue, there is no way to specify that the call should be passed on to the next agent if the first available agent does not pick up the call in a given timeframe. This patch adds support for specifying a ring timeout for queue members. | ||
Comments: | By: fhackenberger (fhackenberger) 2009-01-25 11:21:04.000-0600 Sorry, please forget this feature patch. The functionality is already there. I fell into the timeout in queues.conf vs. timeout passed to cmd Queue trap. By: Joshua C. Colp (jcolp) 2009-02-10 14:08:25.000-0600 Closed per reporter. Functionality already exists. |
