Description:I have asterisk-1.6.0.1 + asterisk-addons-1.6.0.1 with extensions on mysql database.

When an extension is dialed on IVR, the channel gets hung up.
Same dialplan works fine if entered in extensions.conf, and extensions removed from realtime configuration.

Simply, pressing any key (either valid (0 or 9) or invalid) will cause a hangup.
