Description: | I think the description shown when you type "core show application AGI" should be adjusted to Asterisk 1.6. The description starts with [E|Dead]AGI(command,args) But in Asterisk 1.6 DeadAGI is deprecated and therefore should not be mentioned here. The same goes for the following sentence: "A locally executed AGI script will receive SIGHUP on hangup from the channel except when using DeadAGI." | ||
Comments: | By: Tilghman Lesher (tilghman) 2008-10-14 10:10:40 That may be true, but as a new policy, we aren't going to be removing DeadAGI from Asterisk in the future, unless a future compatibility change requires it. So it's entirely appropriate that it should remain documented. |
