|Summary:||ASTERISK-12824: sip debug lower levels|

|Description:||When debugging sip channels, there's at times lots of output, even for a singular IP address.|
The suggestion is instead to have debug limited to a particular type of SIP request.
As a suggestion, this could be done by matching the start of the packet.
If the debug was set as follows:
sip set debug ip 192.168.1.2 type INVITE
Only invite related packets for that IP would be shown, thereby removing registrations and ACK packets, making SIP debug a little more readable.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, we do not accept feature requests without patches on the bug tracker.
