1)  You have not described a problem.  What you have here is a set of output that may or may not be doing what is intended.

2)  You have stated that you are using Asterisk 1.2.  That version is no longer supported on the bugtracker.  You should upgrade to version 1.4.21.2 or higher if you expect to have support.

3)  Since this is probably a misunderstanding of how Asterisk works and not actually a bug, you should instead post to the Asterisk-users mailing list with a clear description of what you are trying to do, what your dialplan looks like, what is actually occurring, and how you think that what is occurring conflicts with what you want to have happen.  With this information, we are more likely to be able to help you, instead of trying to guess what the problem is.
