| Description: | We are facing problems with app_queue. We put calls on the queue, but these calls are not redirect to the free agents, these occurs when we do not have a lot of calls cames in. We checked wrap-up-time, strategy and other parameters. | ||||

A sample of the console output with DEBUG enabled from the logger.conf file would be useful, in addition to what types of connections you're using (i.e. how you're directing calls to the agents...
