|Description:||We are facing problems with app_queue.|
We put calls on the queue, but these calls are not redirect to the free agents, these occurs when we do not have a lot of calls cames in.
We checked wrap-up-time, strategy and other parameters.

Can you please provide more information about how to recreate this issue? A sample of the console output with DEBUG enabled from the logger.conf file would be useful, in addition to what types of connections you're using (i.e. how you're directing calls to the agents... SIP, IAX, Zap), along with the appropriate sections of the dialplan.

Is there any more information that can be had here? If we don't get any information about how to reproduce this issue, we can't move it forward, and the issue will be closed.

I am having this issue with realtime peers and asterisk 1.4.22-rc3.

Could you please provide how to reproduce this issue, along with the configuration files you're using, in addition to the console output without quite so much noise? The one you attached may still be useful.
