Description:I suppose in earlier version, NoOp used to print parameter if verbose level is set to 3 or higher. However, in latest trunk, it is an empty function.

I think it is useful sometime if NoOp can print.

If you're really interested in printing strings to the CLI, please use the Verbose() application instead.

NoOp hasn't changed.  It never did anything, and your verbosity level must be 3 or greater for the PBX to print the NoOp to the console (core set verbose 3).
