Description: | The sound files included in Asterisk 1.6 beta 9 do not seem to have a clear license. I've found a statement at http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-voip-maintainers/2006-May/004710.html regarding the license for 1.2's audio, but 1.6 ships new audio files. I have heard that the woman who recorded 1.6's audio files does not want them used for commercial purposes. I don't know if this is true because I can't find a clear statement from the copyright holder. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** The audio files at http://devs.callweaver.org/sounds/ contain a clear Creative Commons No Dir. Works license and seem compatible with Asterisk. | ||
