Description:Calling from SIP peer A to SIP peer B fails when the following codec priorities are set:
Peer A: g722, alaw
Peer B: alaw

I will upload a trace (sip debug, debug level 5, verbose level 5) where peer A is SIP/421 and peer B is SIP/422

This is just how codec negotiation works in Asterisk right now.  It negotiates g722 with peer A before it even knows that the call is going to peer B, and that it has no way to transcode between them ...
