Description:I tried to dial multiple channels like,

Executing [s@macro-group:25] Dial("SIP/402-08edd880", "Local/400/n&Local/401/n|20") in new stack

However, one extension 400 was busy and replied  486 "Busy Here".
The other extension 401 was ringing.
However, asterisk also stopped the dialed 401 channel immediately,
and hangup the dialing channel.
This seems very strange to me.
The 401 channel should continue ringint, until a user pick it up
or timeout. Shouldn't it?
I consider it is a bug.

The asterisk version is 1.4.20.1.

Please provide complete console output and dialplan involved. You are actually dialing other extensions so more dialplan logic is executing.
