Description: | I have had asterisk crash twice in the last days with no explanation except for the core dumps that get created in the /tmp directory. Other than that I have no clue as to what is causing it to crash as nothing is shown in the debug logs. | ||
Comments: | By: Sean Bright (seanbright) 2008-04-21 21:29:20 We'll need some debugging information in order to try and diagnose the problem. Please read doc/backtrace.txt The short version (but please read the full doc for bug posting info) is that you will need to compile asterisk with the DONT_OPTIMIZE flag set and then run a backtrace when another crash occurs. By: Josh Wilson (jwilsonenc) 2008-04-22 12:46:16 Looks to be a problem in format_mp3 By: Sean Bright (seanbright) 2008-04-22 13:23:40 You'll need to recompile and reinstall the addons package with DONT_OPTIMIZE set as well. By: Jason Parker (jparker) 2008-05-01 12:55:39 Have you been able to to what seanbright requested? We'll need to see a backtrace with those options. By: Joshua C. Colp (jcolp) 2008-05-27 13:44:46 Suspended due to lack of response. |
