Description:	Scenario: announce-frequency = 50 Agent/10 is on call Agent/11 is on call Caller #1 is being announced "You are caller number 1 waiting to speak to an agent." Right when the announcement goes to "You are caller num..", Agent/11 gets off the call. In the current setup, Caller #1 will have to hear the FULL announcement before he/she gets connected to Agent 11. Would be good to have an option where caller #1 will be immediately connected to an agent if the agent becomes free, even if the caller was being fed the announcement.

Secondly, this is something that would not be possible without a major rewrite of the way queues work. This sort of change would be way too invasive for 1.4. I guess there's no way of somehow asking for such a feature? Because it is a good feature IMHO, since most queues work this way. Everytime anyone waits to speak to an agent, messages are cut short and the caller is put through to the available agent without making the agent wait for the next caller because the caller is being played a full announcement. Please advise on where I can file such a request, as making a patch is beyond my abilities. I'm not really sure as to where you can go to ask for someone to write this for you, sorry.
