Description:hi we are using asterisk 1.4.17 and zaptel 1.4.2.1 and libpri 1.4.0 and facing some issue with asterisk not displaying anything if we run show channels command on asterisk cli .

how ever it doesnt gets hanged and when we exit on cli and run asterisk -vvvgrc again then again it shows  calls getting dialed but when we run show channels it again doesnt displays anything .

another issue which we are facing is channels doesnt gets released even they are disconnected from the remote end due to which CHANNEL UNAVAILABLE COMES ON ASTERISK CLI .

we manually have to to soft hangup or have to kill asterisk in order to run concurrent channels at the same time .

we are using 4 e1 at com card where 3 PRI from the TATA VSNL are terminated to it .

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

i am attaching zaptel.conf and zapata.conf for the reference .

It's clear that you have a mismatched Asterisk and Zaptel version.  The current version of Zaptel is 1.4.8, and you NEED to be running that version when running Asterisk 1.4.17.
