Description:My asterisk must set ${ACCOUNTCODE} to dial out,So when I used followme,I can't
dial out but internal.

This is a dialplan configuration issue.  Please consult the asterisk-users mailing list, #asterisk on IRC, or seek some other means of support for this issue.
