Description:Section 4.28.2 of the Bluetooth Hands Free Profile specification says:

"On service level connection establishment, the HF shall always inform the AG of its current gain settings."

This patch implements that.

There appears to have been some issue with your license.  When you get that worked out, you'll need to reupload any files that were submitted with the old license agreement.

fixed in trunk.

only VGS (speaker gain) is set (to maximum) on service connection establishment as we dont support remote volume control (nor do we need to).
