There are circumstances where people would want to use these applications without answering the channel and just use early media. In other circumstances where the application answered a noanswer option was added so it wouldn't. Documenting the applications that play back audio but do not answer may be better. None of the apps that play media like this answer the channel explicitly, and that is intentional. | ||
