Description:Hello
When an agent (logged dynamically (agentcallbacklogin + addqueuemember)) makes a TRANSFER, that transfer is not written in the queue log file.

Any idea?

Thank you!!!

Are you using blind transfers or attended transfers?

By: apatel (apatel) 2007-11-05 04:56:01.000-0600

I am doing a what I assume is a blind transfer..

exten => 5555551212,2,Transfer(5555551111)

Where 5555551212 and 5555551111 are real PSTN numbers.  I'm basically the gateway.

I have the same problem.  I modified cdr.c for when a single channel call is ignored, but I get an incorrect log then... basically it logs the call coming in and being hung up instead of a transfer now any information regarding where is was transferred to and how long the call was.

Hope this helps.

I'm semi new to asterisk.  I pushed for and had it installed a couple of years ago at my previous company, and now back at it, but this time I'm doing it instead of a consultant. :)

apatel:

I'm not 100% sure that what you're talking about is the same as the original reported issue. The original issue doesn't have anything to do with CDRs, but rather a lack of information in the queue_log. If I am mistaken in my interpretation of your comment, let me know.

Since it has been three weeks and I've received no feedback, coupled with the fact that I was unable to reproduce, I am closing this.
