Description:"dialplan reload" is reloading only extensions.conf

Probably it's the desired behaviour, but shouldn't it reload extensions.ael too ?

Hrm the CLI command actually comes from pbx_config, and there is no way I know of that it could be moved elsewhere and used just to reload pbx_config and pbx_ael but I'll assign this to murf to make a final decision.

Isn't there an ael reload command as well?  I honestly don't think the dialplan reload command should reload ael.  It's up to murf though, I guess.

Well, I see the point; to me the "dialplan" is the ast_context, and exten tree formed from the extensions.conf, the extensions.ael, and the loading of the iax, sip, queue, feature (parking), and other modules that create contexts.

So, it would not be unreasonable to require that 'dialplan reload' do both the extensions .conf and .ael, but as file points out, this would be hard to do in one place.

So, perhaps someday in the future, we should rename this command, so it's something more specific, like "extensions reload" or somesuch.
