Description:Caller calls Callee A.

Flashes to get a new line.

As caller dials and contacts Callee B for whatever reason Callee A hangs up the telephone.

Caller flashes to start three way call and notices Callee A has hung up.  If they hangup at this time or try to flash to get a new line Zap/1-1 and Zap/1-2 become connected together and the caller drops out of the call.

When the caller picks up the loop begins when trying to grab a channel which is already in use.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

After every outbound call performed if the callee hangs up before the caller a fast busy would be heard as soon as the callee hung up.  To stop this from occurring I added Wait() in extensions.conf after the dial() with option g for fall thru.   The wait being in here is what is holding the line open and causing the loop.

It seems like this should not endless loop on the server there should be an error or disconnection of one of the channels so the caller gets the channel or any channels in status wait should be killed after the caller hangs up.
