1) We no longer support Asterisk 1.2 except for security issues.

2) Your revision number indicates that you have modifications to the source.  We do not support modified copies of Asterisk.

The diff is very small. there are some additions to manager.c and g729 VAD issue. That's about it. I can post a diff.

Would you be interested to take a look at bt trace? I run non-optimized asterisk. Seems like some issue with app_mixmonitor.

Even if you're source isn't modified, point #1 is still true.  We no longer support 1.2.

Upgrade to 1.4 and see if you still have the problem.
