Description: When i try to app_record (or voicemail) a channel that has video, the video doesn't record to a file, i also get the following error:

Aug 13 06:46:13] WARNING[31116]: file.c:988 ast_writefile: No such format 'h261'

the echotest works and fires the video back at my client (though missing the first full frame so there's blockyness until it's updated)

That's because there is no h261 format module. Try with h263 or h264.
