Description:autologoff, wrapuptime and ackcall don't persist after reload
even if persistentagents=yes

So, if the agent gets persisted, it sets wrapuptime (and other config options) to 0, since it never reads the config?

I looked into this, and I don't agree with it.

If the config is changed (for ie; wrapuptime) and agents are persisted, the wrapuptime for that agent will never change - even though you told it to in the config.  This is bad.

All it should persist is whether the agent is logged in, and from where.

I'm going to close this.  If you feel that I'm incorrect, please contact a bug marshal in #asterisk-bugs on freenode IRC to discuss and reopen if needed.
