Description: | When logging in as an agent which is already logged in via AgentCallbackLogin, login should fail and "agent-alreadyon" message should be announced, but login succeds. ****** STEPS TO REPRODUCE ****** 1. Login via AgentCallbackLogin 2. Login as the same agent in step 1 | ||
Comments: | By: Joshua C. Colp (jcolp) 2007-07-08 22:08:44 This patch is incorrect, it breaks the ability to log a callback agent off. It would have to be more granular and not allow a person to log on using AgentLogin if already logged on via AgentCallbackLogin. For further thought, what happens if you do do that now? By: Makoto Dei (makoto) 2007-07-10 03:15:41 Our customized asterisk has another feature to log a callback agent off. So I misunderstood that login should fail if the same agent is logged on via AgentCallbackLogin. Please ignore and close this report. Thanks. By: Joshua C.
