Description: | I installed asterisk NOW (beta 5) using the VMWare images. I started up the virtual machine, connected to the URL given on the console and logged in using the admin account. I am then informed that I must change my password away from the default password set up already. To do so I am forwarded to the page "/static/config/cfgbasic.html". I enter a new password into the two text fields (there is a text at the top informing me that the two entries match) and press the "Update" button. Expected result: Password is changed, observed result: Nothing at all happens. This behaviour also reported here: http://forums.digium.com/viewtopic.php?t=16324 | ||
Comments: | By: Tobias Hunger (tobias) 2007-06-18 10:43:35 I set a severity of "block" as it is not possible to even begin using asterisk. The forum post reports that using the installer leads to similar results. By: Jason Parker (jparker) 2007-06-19 11:30:38 This has already been fixed, and should be in the next release of AsteriskNOW or the next update of the Asterisk GUI package. |
