When using Broadsoft BroadWorks Call Manager (or other call control client) to HOLD and RESUME, the RESUME fails due to AsteriskNOW incorrectly handling re-INVITE without SDP.  Instead of OFFER SDP, AsteriskNOW supplies ANSWER SDP, so the call remains on HOLD.

Please report issues in the correct project/category.  You may be using AsteriskNOW, but these issues are not specific to AsteriskNOW - please report SIP issues in the SIP category.

Likely identical to 9976, and OEJ already fixed for this issue in
chan_sip with commit 65041
