Description: | When a restart is requested on a PRI span Asterisk seg faults. I can often make it reoccur shortly after reloading zaptel modules and starting asterisk. CentOS 4.4 libpri 1.2.4 zaptel 1.2.18 asterisk 1.2.18 | ||
Comments: | By: Matthew Fredrickson (mattf) 2007-06-21 14:03:07 Do you do anything else to make it happen, besides just starting asterisk? By: christsis (christsis) 2007-06-21 14:44:31 That's the way I can pretty much force it to occur becuase upon starting Asterisk a restart is requested on the span. It happens almost every time a restart is requested on the entire PRI span. So I can make it not happen by setting restartinterval=never in zapata.conf but then it doesn't properly restart the B channels and I end up with calls locked open and circuit busy errors after a period of time. By: Jason Parker (jparker) 2007-07-30 17:50:14 Are you able to reproduce this on newer versions of zaptel/asterisk? By: christsis (christsis) 2007-08-01 11:44:57 This is a very busy box so I have not had the chance to upgrade yet. I'll update the ticket after I get a chance to take it down. By: Thiago Maluf (malufrj) 2007-08-01 11:51:32 your system is loading much threads. Your kernel don't support more than 20 Threads. You will have to change your kernel to support it. good luck. Thiago. By: christsis (christsis) 2007-08-07 22:42:33 Latest versions: CentOS 4.5 libpri 1.2.5 zaptel 1.2.19 asterisk 1.2.23 Issue appears to be resolved in new versions. Bug can be closed. |
