Description:Asterisk 1.4.0 crashes for us, usually at times of high load (70-80 channels), leaving this line at the bottom of the CLI.

[Jun  1 16:35:11] WARNING[28722]: channel.c:3125 ast_channel_masquerade: SIP/clr-adl-08d01cd0 is already going to masquerade as Local/0733725918@voipdialler-temp-ext-3a65,1

This happens many times per day.

Attatched are 3 backtraces and the cli output when it happens.

Running Asterisk 1.4.0 on CentOS 4
Intel Pentium D CPU Dual-2.80GHz
1.5 GB RAM

We make heavy use of AGI, MeetMe conferences, MixMonitor, and Redirects
Our AGI scripts are written in PHP and contain alot of MySQL queries

You REALLY need to upgrade to 1.4.4 and try again.

Since you are using an extremely out of date version, this issue is being suspended.  Feel free to reopen this if you can reproduce the problem with the latest version.
