Summary:ASTERISK-09539: Asterisk core dumps on transfer with Snom phones

Description:If you make a phone call from a Snom phone, and then calls another person on another line and hangs up (using the transfer-on-hangup feature of the Snom phone) Asterisk crashes with signal 11 (see the log under Additional Information) instead of merging the 2 channels.

This should be solved, and there should also be added some way to tell Asterisk whether or not you're allowed to do so (like the 'Tt' paramters in Dial-statements).

This issue is in a third party application: app_mcc2.
