Description:Think about the following schema:

All Incomming
--> VoiceMenu
 --> 1 for sales
 --> 2 for support
   --> Time Rule
     --> GotoIf [8am-6pm] Support-queue
     --> Goto Night-queue

It could be handy to allow:
* In the voicemenu, to directly select a TimeRule, when pressing 2
  (Ok today you can do that by creating a new Menu wich defaults to a TimeRule)

* In TimeRule, to directly select a queue
  (Ok today you can do that via another VoiceMenu too.)

* Make a queue of ZAP "extensions"
  (how could i do this?)
