| Description: | It would be ideal if I could direct calls for multiple companies to the same queue, using different announcement messages. I propose the announcement setting for queues can be overridden by a channel variable. E.g. Set(ANNOUCEMENT=companyx). Just a thought, I think people would enjoy the flexibility. | ||
