Description: | I'd like to be able to force users to accept calls by pressing a digit. So a call comes in, a message is played, music on hold is played and then a call goes out to another person. The called person has to hit 1 to accept or 2 to reject (for example). This is different than ACD as the user wouldn't have to login to a queue. It should be an an extension basis. It could be related to privacy manager as an option where the caller does not have to say their name. It's not so much a question of privacy as it is a way to make a user accept the call, versus the call being forced on them. | ||
