Well technically a trunk is nothing more
than an entry in users.conf

can you check this against trunk gui? (rev 642 and higher )

and see if its fixed? I believe it is.

Thanks!

any information about the GUI version etc ?

Asterisk GUI-version Revision: 573 $

I just tried to add an analog service provider. When I go to any other config screen and back to service providers, the new entry is not there. Furthermore, under incoming calls: adding a new rule, "from provider" shows a number of service providers listed as "undefined."

Is there a newer versio of the GUI? I'm running 573.

cd /usr/src ; svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk-gui/trunk asteriskgui-trunk ; cd asteriskgui-trunk ;  sh configure ; make ; sudo make install

I updated to GUI ver 656 and that seems to work much better. Thanks!

many critical bugs in the trunks page have been fixed since this
problem is reported and I'm sure this bug no longer exists.

Please reopen if you still see this problem with the latest version from trunk
(revision 849 is the latest as of now)

Thanks
