Description: | Asterisk 1.4.1 rpm with NAT upgraded to 1.4.2 ATA (Wellgate 3701B) with T38 connects to Asterisk (ext 401) t38pt_udptl= yes both in sip.conf and extension canreinvite=yes Receiving faxes: OK Sending faxes: first page gets sent, then line goes down In Asterisk full log a ""RTP re-invite after T38 session not handled yet" gets logged If I set canreinvite=yes to canreinvite=no, nothing works (not even receiving). The firewall statically nats ports 5060/5060 and 4000-4999 and 8000 to 20000 to the asterisk box. | ||
Comments: | By: Joshua C. Colp (jcolp) 2007-03-23 10:41:37 sip debug, udptl debug, and console output is needed for this. Please attach them. By: Giovanni (mindthegap) 2007-05-18 11:39:11 The Full Log attached show a Fax Out attempt with branch version 1.4-R64904 Only the first page gets sent and then communication is dropped. Both ATA (WllGate 3701B, IP 172.16.1.14, Ext. 401) and Asterisk (172.16.1.15) are behind a NAT (natting configured correctly, a receive attempt went fine for 2 pages). Dialled number is 0512965749 (Physical Fax connected to a landline). With this branch an illegal media type gets logged after first page sending. Full log with set verbose 5, set debug 5, sip debug and udptl debug attached By: Patrick Anderson (panderson) 2007-06-05 17:28:53 Attached a sip debug from a customer who is experiencing the same issue, at their request. Customer is using a Linksys SPA2102 ATA and t38pt_udptl=yes, canreinvite=yes. By: Joshua C. Colp (jcolp) 2008-02-14 13:15:39.000-0600 After looking over things, comparing old code/new code, and trying a few things I am confident this issue no longer exists in the current 1.4 tree. |
