Description:	Since upgrading to 1.4.1 when I answer a call on my Polycom 501 the other party can hear me, but I cannot hear them.  I have to put them on hold and then take them off hold to get 2 way audio. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** Issue can be turned on/off my moving to/from 1.4.0 and 1.4.1. I have attached debug output from both versions. Issue is present whether from another SIP phone (attached log is from a local Sipura SPA-2000) or from inbound Zap (TDM400P).

In general, it is best to wait for a formal announcement of a release on asterisk.org.
