Description:The voicemail system's way of handling temporary greetings is confusing to end users. Once recorded a temporary greeting, users want to delete it when it is not needed (obviously). Problem is that to get to the option to delete the temporary greeting (option 2), they have to choose "press 4 to record a temporary greeting" on the previous menu - not an obvious choice.

Two possible resolutions would be:
1) Change it from "press 4 to record" to "press 4 to manage temporary greeting"
2) move "press 2 to erase temporary greeting" to previous menu as option 5, only played if temporary greeting exists.

I honestly don't feel that this is a good idea.  And with as little attention as this report has gotten, it appears that the other bug marshals may feel the same.

I'm going to go ahead and close this.  Please feel free to ask for opinions on the asterisk-dev mailing list, and perhaps our minds can be changed if enough people believe it to be a good idea.
