Description:The correct translation for vm-first is "primer".  At this moment the sound says "nombre" (name).  This needs to be corrected.

Exactly which file is incorrect? And exactly what tarball did it come from? The reason I ask is that I checked the vm-first sound file in the core/es dir, and it indeed says 'primer'. So, if you have an old tarball, or you refine the problem to the 'ulaw' or whatever tarball, I cannot see the problem, and I'd rather not spend a lot of time downloading and exploding tarballs, looking for a problem that may not be there any more.... please help!

I downloaded and installed Asterisk 1.4.1 yesterday and installed the spanish gsm sounds package (selected from menu).

I had installed the alaw sounds when I installed version 1.4.0 along with the gsm sounds.  I will erase alaw and try again.

Just checking in to see if there's any progress here?

It's been 3 months with no reply... and murf confirmed that it is correct now. If still incorrect to you please reopen.
