1. Existing calling rule
2. Edit
3. Select dialing rule change 9256 to 9432
4. Press save
5. service provider disappears and cannot be reselected
6. Press cancel

Could not reproduce these problems ,
PQ also attempted to reproduce the problems.

We have asked users to send a tar ball of their config files
when this happens, but no one responded to the request.

I did not get a request for more info -- don't know what happened there. Attached is the tar file requested.

Last night, I updated AsteriskNow and retired the option. I am using a VM, if that is of interest.

I added my VoIP account then tried to edit the call rules. Neither modifying nor new rule worked. What is it that I am doing wrong and what do you want me to try?

I've tried reproducing this problem with the config files you gave - with different version of GUI from 400 to 640 but the update dialing rules always worked fine.
