Description: | Quite simple. Unable to view my dialplans or add/modify any of them. I'm including a screenshot. I've also let it run for 15-20 minutes, to see if it would eventually come up. Odd thing is that I originally was able to access this screen. That's how I setup my existing dialplan. | ||
Comments: | By: Brandon Kruse (bkruse) 2007-02-18 22:25:27.000-0600 make sure you have all your stuff enabled and webenabled in your managers.conf and http.conf also, give some asterisk output, if any.... Thanks -bkruse By: Pari Nannapaneni (pari) 2007-02-19 10:04:53.000-0600 I'm trying to reproduce the problem so that I can fix it. Can you please explain me the sequence of steps you did. -Pari By: Danny Desbiens (newtekcc) 2007-02-19 10:13:04.000-0600 enable and webenabled all set to yes in both conf files. CLI output: (the following appears when I click on Calling rules in the GUI) Parsing '/etc/asterisk/sip_notify.conf': Found Parsing '/etc/asterisk/users.conf': Found Parsing '/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf': Found By: Danny Desbiens (newtekcc) 2007-02-19 10:15:43.000-0600 Steps: 1 - installed AsteriskNOW from ISO 2 - installed updates 2 - completed installation wizard 3 - created providers, users, etc.. 4 - created calling rules (page worked at the time) 5 - misc setup / config changes 6 - a day later came to verify my calling rules and no longer displays By: Pari Nannapaneni (pari) 2007-02-19 10:26:37.000-0600 Hi newtekcc, I just updated my asteriskNOW - The GUI says it updated to version 355 (from sysinfo panel) It worked fine with the calling rules page - which already had some calling rules prior to the update. Can you please tell me your asteriskNOW gui version Also if you can talk to me on jabber (pari@digium.com), we can work on this bug more efficiently. thanks -Pari By: Brandon Kruse (bkruse) 2007-02-19 14:19:42.000-0600 Thanks for your cooperating with the developers newtekcc :) By: Danny Desbiens (newtekcc) 2007-02-19 15:49:18.000-0600 Here's what I'm running: Asterisk Build: Asterisk 1.4.0 Asterisk GUI-version Revision: 355 $ My pleasure bkruse. I'm a big Asterisk supporter.. so anything I can do to help :) By: Alan Garrison (alan) 2007-02-23 14:02:20.000-0600 I am having the exact same problem. Using the "FireBug" plugin for Firefox, when loading the Calling Rules page I see this error: Expected ':' but found '='. Declaration dropped. https://192.168.10.5/static/config/numberplan.html Line 0 Perhaps this might help with debugging (and I'd recommend FireBug for tracking this kind of stuff down anyways). By: Danny Desbiens (newtekcc) 2007-02-23 16:28:45.000-0600 FYI.. I've re-installed AsteriskNOW from scratch and am unable to duplicate the issue. I assume that we may close the ticket. By: Pari Nannapaneni (pari) 2007-03-13 21:05:09 newtekcc said he reinstalled asteriskNOW and can not reproduce the problem and thinks the issue can be closed. thanks Pari |
