|Description:||Small change to output "Restarting Asterisk..." instead of "Restarting Asterisk NOW..."|
Since there is a seperate product called "Asterisk NOW", it's probably best not to output that phrase or someday someone new to Asterisk will get confused.

How about "Asterisk is restarting NOW", or "Asterisk is now restarting"?

Personally, I would prefer not using NOW in caps (just in case), so of the two "Asterisk is now restarting" sounds better. But, I'm only one opinion.

Fixed in 1.4 and trunk, in revisions 54886 and 54887.
