| Description: | Updated asteriskNOW-beta4-x86 to Asterisk GUI-version Revision: 331 $ and Am No Longer able to access Users section of GUI. Error Message: "Asterisk says it cannot find a required config file (contactinfo.conf) You will be now directed to the main page." Have searched /etc/asterisk/ and file does not exist and Also checked "Default asterisk configs" in /usr/share/asterisk/configs and file does Not exist. Ok, the quick fix for you is just create a file 'contactinfo.conf' in /etc/asterisk ( touch /etc/asterisk/contactinfo.conf ) The setup process should have created that file, but the file is currently being created during the registration process (which should not be the case). So an alternative for the above quick fix is to fill in the registration form of the last screen of setup wizard, if you are ok with that.
