upon closer inspection, proper debug log was found in dumfull.log . Please upload debug files in uncompressed format.

Please try with Asterisk 1.4. Refer isn't properly implemented in 1.2 and one of the major new features with 1.4 is proper SIP support for REFER.

I have download and install new version 1.4. Then configure and try it.

I have install a new version of asterisk 1.4 in new server. But I haven't configure it, because I don't want upgrade a old configuration file but create new configuration from samples. Then test a transfer.

alright, since there has been no response for over 2 weeks, presumable the issue is fixed with an update to 1.4.1. If not the case, please reopen the issue with a new verbosedebug.txt attached.
