Description:A PRI on a Digium TE207 is installed and configured to a local CO. A Digium TDM400 card with green station modules is installed. CO has Verified LD Account Codes enabled on the PRI trunk group. Outbound call from SIP phones (such as the Linksys 942) are presented with a VAC tone after dialing a long distance number.  The user enters their LD digits, and the call is connected properly.
Outbound calls from the TDM400 (analog handset or fax machine) to the PRI do not reliably pass the DTMF digits to the CO for VAC. The call seems to be ?answered? after the first digit and DTMF no longer progresses.

Attached is an example of a failure followed by a success.
