Description: | Hello! Im playing with queues, and i notice there is no way to assign a SIP/IAX to the queue, so the agents when the start the phone, they dont need to explicit login to the queue. It may be usefull to make a selection box (just like the one for agents) for SIP/IAX? good luck! BTW, there is seem no default extension to let agents dial to for login/out.. | ||
