Description:This is my first time submitting a bug so forgive me. I do not see version product version 1.4.0 listed on the product version dropdown and I'm not sure why. So I had to pick version 1.2.14 even though this is incorrect.

This bug was introduced in Version 1.4.0 final

In version 1.4.0 beta 2:
origdate=Tue Dec 5 11:39:13 AM MST 2006

In version 1.4.0 final:
origdate=Tue Dec  5 11:39:13 AM MST 2006

Notice there is an extra space after the month. This broke some of my software which parses this data.

HTML automatically removes extra white space, so the extra space does not show on this page. You'll have to take my word for it that there is an extra space :)

Actually, there is no extra space.  The reason there are two spaces is that there's one space after the month, and an additional space preceding a single digit day-of-month.

What changed was not the source, but instead the month changed.

Understood. Thanks for the heads up. Please close.

Let me be a little more clear.  The source did not change the way the date was formatted between beta 2 and the 1.4.0 release.  In fact, the source has not changed in this respect since before 1.0 was released.
